We explicitly disclaim responsibility for:

• AI Errors: Inaccuracies, hallucinations, or errors generated by AI models, as these are probabilistic systems.
• Platform Outages: Disruptions caused by third-party service providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, cloud infrastructure providers) going offline or experiencing instability.
• Misuse: Any damages resulting from your misuse or unauthorized modification of the provided automations and workflows.

5. Intellectual Property

• Client Data: You retain full ownership of the data you provide to us for processing and the specific output generated for your business purposes.
• Our Rights: AltiVex AI retains all rights, title, and interest in our pre-built codebases, proprietary algorithms, underlying systems, and general automation frameworks used to deliver the service, unless explicitly transferred in a separate written agreement.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Custom Work: Due to the resource-intensive nature of custom development, no refunds are provided for completed custom work or setup fees once the work has been delivered or milestones have been met.
